I grew up in Houston, TX, Tampa FL, and did my undergrad and masters at the University of Washington, Seattle! Seattle is great, and I miss it sometimes, but Philadelphia is my home now and I LOVE this city. I love teaching, music, playing games (video/card/board), and AAUP-Penn where I am on the executive committee! I believe a better world for everyone is possible!!!! Feel free to chat with me about anything, whether it is course related, general academia related or neither!
